Alison Kinder

Alison qualified in 1993 and has been a partner since 1999, specialising in commercial property.

Alison is an associate member of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association and has considerable expertise advising clients in the holiday and home park sector and the leisure and tourism sector. She has wide experience in the acquisition and disposal of caravan parks, hotels, restaurants and public houses.

Alison is an expert in property development and landlord and tenant law and enjoys guiding her clients through all the issues relating to property transactions.

Outside work she enjoys yoga and cooking.
