Andrew Royce

Andrew is head of corporate and commercial law coordinating the firm’s growing expertise and strength in this area of work.

After a commercial training with Martineau Johnson in Birmingham between 1987 and 1989, he joined and developed his family firm in Hertfordshire. In 1998 Andrew steered the firm into a merger with Jameson & Hill and expanded the range of his commercial work. During that time he was Chairman of the local Citizens Advice Bureau and a Council member of Hertfordshire Law Society .

He joined OSG in September 2008, as part of a lifestyle move to the North, and has brought his very considerable expertise to the firm. Andrew Royce advises clients on a wide variety of commercial matters from a simple query answered over the phone, to complex multi million pounds transactions. He has completed a part time MBA at Lancaster University to widen the range of skills and services he and the firm have to offer to our business clients.

His interests outside work, include mountain walking, running, fishing, beekeeping and cricket.
