Fiona Gregory

Fiona qualified as a solicitor in 1995, having studied part–time whilst working full-time and looking after her family. She knows the South Lakes and North Lancashire area well, having lived and worked locally throughout her working life. 

She has particular expertise in private and elderly client work including Wills & estate planning, probate and administration of estates, inheritance tax, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. She is also acts as Company Secretary to the Abbeyfield (Kirkby Lonsdale) Society.

Using her wide legal experience, Fiona runs a free Legal Surgery every Wednesday morning (9.30 – 11.30) at our Kirkby Lonsdale office. Fiona lives with her family on a registered smallholding and in her spare time she “enjoys” most forms of keeping fit, loves reading and the countryside.
