Hannah Bates

Hannah specialises in Private Client and Residential Property and is caring and professional in her approach to clients. 

She joined the firm in 2008 and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Hannah is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ("STEP"). She has obtained her STEP Foundation Certificate and is now studying for the full STEP Diploma Certificate. 

Born in Lancaster, Hannah was educated in Kirkby Lonsdale and studied Law at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Outside work, she enjoys walking her dog in the Lake District, keeping fit, reading and cooking.
