Jennifer Grabowski

Jennifer Grabowski has an enviable track record in corporate transactions, having advised on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, private equity-backed acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, venture capital investments and joint ventures.

During the course of her career to date Jennifer has represented sellers and acquirers, private equity and venture capital investors, management teams and high net worth individuals and has advised issuers and shareholders on admissions to trading on AIM.

Clients describe her as providing valuable support in negotiations, being able to explain concepts clearly and offer alternative and imaginative solutions to overcome and resolve issues.

Jennifer read law at Cambridge before completing her legal training at international law firm White & Case in 2004.

Before joining OSG Jennifer practiced for over four years in the Thames Valley office of Osborne Clarke, within a team which undertakes some of the largest and most prominent corporate deals in that region.

Jennifer has now brought her practical, personable approach and wealth of experience to OSG, which means that our clients can continue to enjoy top quality advice without the need to instruct a big city firm.

Outside of work Jennifer enjoys exploring her newly adopted county with her young family, with whom the area’s many farm parks are proving a big hit.
