Kate Mallaband

Kate Mallaband is an experienced commercial property solicitor with particular expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters and the property aspects of corporate transactions. Kate deals with all types of freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals with an emphasis on providing practical and commercially astute advice in relation to the full range of property issues faced by investors, developers, landlords and tenants. Prior to joining OSG Kate spent 7 years at top100 law firm Gordons LLP in Leeds building substantial experience in all aspects of commercial property work whilst specialising in retail sector acquisitions and large scale property estate management. The former Bentham Grammar School head girl is a Modern History Masters graduate of the University of St Andrews. She completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with distinction at the College of Law in York. Kate is delighted to have returned home to the Lancaster area and enjoys spending time playing golf, reading and cooking for friends and family.
