Lara started her training with us in 2015. She lives in Levens and has a family history in hotel management and catering. Lara went to school in Cartmel, studied Law at university in Liverpool and went on to complete her LPC at the College of Law in Manchester, where she also worked part-time as a paralegal.

Lara has gained experience in Commercial Property, Wills, Probate & Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as a range of Family matters such as Divorce and Separation during her period of training at Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand but, since qualifying in November 2017, Lara is now focusing on Agricultural property work under the supervision of John Myers. Lara particularly enjoys working on secured lending and refinancing transactions with John and has become particularly experienced in voluntary and compulsory first registrations of land since joining the firm.
