Pam has a wide breadth of experience in the property field dating back to 1982.  She specialises in all aspects of residential property law including residential estate development. Her work involves acting on high value residential sales and purchases, property transfers arising out of matrimonial proceedings, remortgaging, shared ownership, equity release, exchange of properties, easements and Assured Shorthold Agreements.

Pam joined the firm in 1997 as a Fellow of the Institute for Legal Executives after previously working at a leading law firm in Manchester for several years. Her years in practice have seen her develop extensive experience in her specialist field, the quality of which is illustrated by the volume of repeat business she receives from satisfied clients.

Residential Property


  • All types of advice relating to residential property related matters including freehold and leasehold transactions;
  • Working and living in rural locations often involves giving advice on issues relating to septic tanks, waste water and water mains including Building-Over Agreements where relevant. The majority of transactions on purchases involve the obtaining of water and drainage searches with appropriate advice to clients;
  • Undertakes work in relation to bespoke residential projects for prominent developers including advising and acting on site acquisitions, development agreements and subsequent disposal by way of plot sales;
  • Acting for both developer and funders in relation to projects covering residential development;
  • Dealing with all aspects of Planning Conditions on developments and residential sales;
  • The sale of land and property by way of public auction;
  • Advising on and preparing Declarations of Trust, rights of pre-emption and restriction on re-sale and subsequent registration at the Land Registry;
  • Drafting and advising on Deeds of Variation and subsequent registration;
  • All aspects of land registration including rectification, voluntary registration and adverse possession;
  • Matrimonial transfers and remortgages;
  • The drafting and negotiation of lease documentation.
