Clare specialises in all aspects of private client work. She is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently chair of the Lakes and Lancaster STEP Branch.
A member of the Agricultural Law Association, she has a keen awareness of issues affecting the rural community and an in depth knowledge of agricultural estates.
Clare is also a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society, and is actively involved in helping clients organise their affairs to plan for the future, as well as helping them deal with the difficulties that can arise following death or incapacity.
Clare has particular interest in lifetime planning for individuals and their families, acting for land owners, farmers, entrepreneurs, and the elderly in the preservation and protection of assets. She assists trustees, charities and those appointed to manage the affairs of others, using her technical knowledge and sympathetic approach to provide sound practical advice.
